There is almost always someone in the channel, often including Eli and Carsten, to answer your question.
There's no need to raise your hand for attention - just ask your question!
Remember: This channel is only for rules questions and answers, and is not part of Cranial Insertion.

You can access IRC with a number of programs rather than using this web app. Some of those are... um... we'll make this list later when we find some good FREE ones.
